Welcome to GlassHausLuxe. The Site at www.glasshausluxe.com is operated by GlassHausLuxe LLC ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.glasshausluxe.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility

2. Products & Orders
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock errors; if payment was taken, it will be refunded.
- Prices, products, and promotions may change at any time without notice. In case of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the affected order.

3. Payment
Payment is due at checkout through the methods listed in our Payment Policy. You represent that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
4. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

All content on the Site — including the GlassHausLuxe name, GH monogram, logos, product designs, photography, text, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by: attempting to gain unauthorised access; scraping or harvesting data; transmitting malware; infringing others' rights; or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

The state and federal courts located in that state shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
