Our Guarantee
Every GlassHausLuxe piece sold on www.glasshausluxe.com is a genuine GlassHausLuxe product — designed by our studio and produced by our vetted ateliers and manufacturing partners to our specifications. We do not sell counterfeits, replicas, or "inspired-by" imitations of other brands, and we never will.
What Authenticity Means at GlassHausLuxe
- Original design: our collections, including the GH monogram hardware and signature silhouettes, are original GlassHausLuxe designs.
- Material integrity: materials are as described on each product page — if we say leather, it is leather; where we use alternative or coated materials, the product page says so.
- Quality control: each item is inspected before dispatch and ships in official GlassHausLuxe packaging.

We can only guarantee the authenticity of products purchased directly from www.glasshausluxe.com or our officially announced sales channels. GlassHausLuxe cannot vouch for items bought from unauthorised resellers or third-party marketplace listings.
