Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and other local options depending on your region.

Payment Processing & Security

• All payments are processed by PCI DSS–compliant payment providers through Shopify's secure checkout. GlassHausLuxe never sees or stores your full card details.
• All transactions are encrypted using TLS (HTTPS).
• Payment is captured at the time of order unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Currency

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. If your card is denominated in another currency, your bank may apply conversion rates and fees, which are outside our control.

Taxes

Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping destination. For international orders, import duties may apply separately — see our Shipping Policy.

Fraud Prevention

Orders may be screened for fraud. We may request additional verification or cancel orders that cannot be verified; any captured payment for a cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method.

Failed or Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or twice, contact us at hello@glasshausluxellc.com with your order number and we will investigate promptly.
