GlassHausLuxe respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same of users of www.glasshausluxe.com. We respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement consistent with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions.
Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice
If you believe material on our Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to hello@glasshausluxellc.com with the subject line "Copyright Notice", including:
- identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
- the URL(s) or exact location of the allegedly infringing material on our Site;
- your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf;
- your physical or electronic signature.
Our Response
Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will promptly review and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the identified material and notify the party who posted it (where applicable).
Counter-Notice
If your material was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address containing: identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief that removal was erroneous; your name, address, and phone number; consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district; and your signature. Where the law requires, we may restore the material unless the original complainant files a court action.
Misrepresentation
Knowingly submitting false infringement claims may expose you to liability for damages, costs, and attorneys' fees.
